Pre-Departure Prep

What is Not Included

International Airfare

While ITF can assist in finding the best flight options, booking and payment are typically handled by the university or participants. Many universities also cover travel costs for accompanying faculty.

Medical Insurance

Travel and medical insurance must be arranged independently, though these costs are often covered by the university.

Some Meals

ITF includes group meals as outlined in the itinerary. Any meals outside the scheduled program are the responsibility of individual participants.
